"Services" means online and offline pooja, homam, jaap, path, astrology, spiritual consultations, and related offerings provided through the Platform.
"Service Providers" means pandits, priests, temples, spiritual advisors, logistics partners, and any third parties engaged to deliver the Services.

Eligibility

Use of the Platform is limited to individuals who can form a legally binding contract under applicable law.

If you are below the age of majority, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account registration

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Ritual outcomes (including astrological predictions, spiritual benefits, or fulfilment of wishes) are based on religious beliefs and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking and payments

All bookings are subject to availability of Service Providers, venues, and muhurthams (auspicious times).
Prices displayed are typically in Indian Rupees and may include or exclude applicable taxes, which will be shown at checkout.
Payment must be made through authorised modes (such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other payment gateways) offered on the Platform.
Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment and acknowledgment generated by the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, discount structures, or available services at any time without prior notice; however, prices for confirmed bookings will not be changed.

Puja performance and logistics

Poojas may be performed:

In-person at temples or specified venues.
At your home, office, or chosen location (where available).
Remotely on your behalf, with or without live streaming, depending on the service.

There may be variations in exact timing of poojas due to temple schedules, festivals, heavy rush, or force majeure events.
Prasadam dispatch (if part of service) is subject to shipping feasibility, courier timelines, and customs or local regulations in the destination region.

We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to your chosen date and preferences but provide no absolute guarantee for specific timing or form of rituals.

User obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate information required for puja (names, gotra, star, purpose, etc.).
Refrain from using the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Respect religious sentiments, temple rules, and cultural norms associated with the Services.
Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or harm the security or integrity of the Platform.

If you attend a service in person, you must comply with the instructions of the priest, temple authorities, or organisers.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules for bookings are governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Depending on service type, cut-off timelines and applicable charges may differ.

Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, software, and code, is owned or licensed by us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or Services.
Our total aggregate liability, if any, for claims related to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific booking.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or network outages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless esankalpam, its directors, employees, agents, and Service Providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or any Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if required by law.
