Refund windows are measured against your booking date, not the date you paid.

Rescheduling comes first

Before cancelling, we will always offer to reschedule you to another available slot — most changes can be handled that way.

You choose your Sthapana date when you book. Moving it afterwards depends on a purohit being free on the new date, so message us on WhatsApp at +91 95915 13555 and we will confirm the new date with you before anything changes. Your visarjan day you can change yourself, from your dashboard, at any time before it falls.

If we cancel

If eSankalpam cancels for any reason, you receive a 100% refund.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 95915 13555 with your booking ID, or call the same number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
